Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| The bucket list is empty | With a sub-user key this is normal — add the bucket by name, see S3 Browser with a sub-user key. Otherwise check that the REST Endpoint matches the region of your key. |
| Access denied or invalid key | Copy the keys again from Access Keys, without extra spaces. An Indore key does not work on the Mumbai endpoint, and the other way round. |
SignatureDoesNotMatch | The secret key is wrong, or your computer's clock is off. See Signature errors. |
For other errors, see Access denied and Endpoint and region.
