Get support

Raise a ticket from the console and follow its progress.

If something doesn't work or you have a question about your account, raise a support ticket. The Zata support team can also check server-side logs for your requests, which you can't see yourself.

Raise a ticket

Open Support

In the Zata console, select Support in the left menu, under Account. The Zata support portal opens in a new tab, on the form for a new ticket.

Describe the problem

Give the ticket a clear subject and describe what happened. Include the details in the list below.

Submit

Submit the ticket. You can follow its status and the replies in the support portal.

To suggest a new feature, select Feature Request in the left menu instead.

What to include

The more of these you include, the faster we can help:

  • The region (Indore or Mumbai) and the bucket name.
  • The tool or app you use and its version, for example aws --version or rclone version.
  • The exact error code, such as AccessDenied or SignatureDoesNotMatch. Most tools show it in their debug output: aws ... --debug, rclone ... -vv.
  • The date and time it happened, with your time zone.
  • Whether you use your own key or a sub-user's key. Never send your secret key.

Many common errors have a quick fix. Check these guides first: Signature errors, Access denied, Wrong endpoint or region and Large uploads fail.
