# Connect Handy Backup with Zata.ai

Handy Backup is a backup software solution designed to automate the process of copying and restoring files, folders, databases, and entire system images.

To download Handy Backup and install it, follow this [link](https://www.handybackup.net/).

After downloading the handy backup, follow these steps to integrate with the zata.ai

### **Launch Handy Backup**

Open the Handy Backup application and start creating a new backup task.

Choose Create a new task, select Backup task, then click Next.

### Select Data to Backup

Browse and select the files/folders you want to back up.

Click Next to continue.

### Select Storage Destination

From the list of storage options, choose S3 Cloud.

Then, Click on Create a Connection.

Configure Zata.ai Connection

Enter your Zata.ai details:

Service Point (Endpoint): <https://idr01.zata.ai> (or <https://bom01.zata.ai> for Mumbai)

Region: CentralIndia (or SouthIndia for Mumbai)

Access Key ID: \<your-access-key>

Secret Access Key: \<your-secret-key>

Click Test Connection to validate.

Click Next, adjust schedule/options if needed, then click Finish to save the backup job.

Run Backup

You can now run the task manually or wait for the scheduled backup. Your data will be securely uploaded to Zata.ai.
