Delete a Subuser

Permanently remove a subuser from your account

Deleting a subuser permanently removes it from your account, along with all of its access permissions. This cannot be undone. If you only want to block its access for a while, suspend it instead.

Steps to delete a subuser

  1. Log in to the Zata.ai Dashboard with your root (account owner) account.

  2. Go to the Subusers section. This opens the Sub-user Management list.

  3. Find the subuser you want to remove and open its Actions menu.

  4. Click Delete.

  5. In the Delete Subuser dialog, type the subuser's username to confirm.

  6. Click Delete Subuser.

You can also delete a subuser from its detail page by clicking Delete Subuser.

What happens when a subuser is deleted

  • The subuser is removed from your account and no longer appears in the Sub-user Management list.

  • All of its access permissions are permanently removed.

  • The action cannot be undone. To give the same person access again, create a new subuser.
