Billing
Our billing cycle is based on a date-to-date system, where storage upgrades are processed within the same billing cycle. However, to ensure a seamless transition and avoid any transaction gaps, we adhere to the following guidelines:
Upgrade storage: Storage upgrades are allowed during the billing cycle, and the changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
Transaction Gap: To prevent any discrepancies, a 48-hour transaction gap will be maintained between the storage upgrade and the new billing cycle. This ensures that all transactions are accurately accounted for and billed accordingly.
No Downgrade During Billing Cycle: Once the storage upgrade is processed, it is not possible to downgrade during the same billing cycle.
Upgrade Process: When upgrading your storage plan, we understand that you shouldn't be charged for the entire upgraded plan for the remaining days of the billing cycle. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we prorate the upgraded storage plan charges based on the remaining days of the billing cycle
